A little meal planning is important to do this.

Look at the total calorie count.

To make everything easier, I advise you to focus on proteins.
For example, include a Greek yogurt for breakfast, chicken or fish for lunch, a low-fat cheese or two eggs for dinner, with the precise quantities.
Then move on to the vegetables. At least two portions between lunch and dinner. Leafy vegetables, broccoli, cucumbers, rocket and salad: here you can also not weigh food. For other vegetables like tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, you have to weigh them.
Then add at least two portions of fruit a day, for a total of 200 grams.
Once this is done , all you have to do is add the carbohydrates and fats.
