Migliaccio’s quick diet for Easter

A quick diet to experience Easter while staying fit.

This is suggested by the study of Dr. Migliaccio, founded by the recently deceased famous dietician and nutritionist, who for the Easter period, as well as for Christmas , proposes a diet plan from the Friday preceding to the Wednesday following the Easter holidays.

This is a very simple scheme to avoid getting fat with the holidays, but to be able to enjoy two days of freedom between Sunday and Monday.

THE QUICK DIET OF MIGLIACIO FOR EASTER

Before Easter.
Friday.

Dr. Migliaccio’s compensation scheme includes an extra-light day on Friday, with this 850-calorie diet plan that you can also find here. 

Breakfast. 100 grams of skimmed or soy milk, coffee to taste with a teaspoon of sugar and a rusks
or  tea to taste with a teaspoon of sugar and two rusks.

Snack. A 130 gram apple or a cappuccino with sweetener.

Lunch.

  • Alternative 1:  tuna in drained oil of 80 grams or gr. 80 of Philadelphia light cheese; tomatoes or salad or green beans to taste; bread gr. 30 or a packet of crackers of gr. 25.
  • 2: a small toast or a simple sandwich with tomato and a slice of ham or cheese.
  • Or alternative 3: Approximately 150 grams of grilled meat or fish with salad, 30 grams of bread or a 25 gram packet of crackers.

Snack.
A kiwi or a tangerine.

Dinner.

  • Alternative 1:  chicken breast or fish gr. 130 (net and raw weight); mixed green salad or zucchini to taste; a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil; bread gr. 30.
  • 2: two eggs with mixed green salad or zucchini to taste; a teaspoon of olive oil and bread gr. 30.
  • Or alternative 3:  150 gr. peas stewed with a teaspoon of oil and onion, mixed green salad or zucchini, bread gr. 30.
