If doing physical activity bores you , depresses you, you don’t have time to do it, you don’t have time to go to the gym, it annoys you to leave the house and have to go home with the bag, your hair in disorder and the time between shower and mass. in fold goes away, then I propose a solution.
A solution that will not only make you lose weight, but will improve your memory, your flexibility and train your reflexes. An activity that you can do at home, for half an hour or an hour a day, to burn calories and train the whole body.

Or the IDance app , for iOS devices, which allows you to obtain slimming dance programs with a monthly subscription of 5 euros.
Or why not take advantage of youtube? There are many video tutorials to start dancing to zumba, hip hop tabata or cardio dance. The lessons range from half an hour to an hour, they are free and you just have to keep up with the time and imitate the moves of the coach.
