Lose weight by eating in the office and away from home

How to lose weight by eating in the office and away from home?
Already a person who works and stays in the office eight hours a day is cut off from many of the diets that I myself have published, even worse those who have children and a job, because the spare time is dedicated to trying to put something on the plate, and to try to do it without going bankrupt.

The convenience of certain habits and ready meals that we find in the supermarket is in fact the number one enemy of those who want to go on a diet.

But D. has thought about this problem, and can suggest some solutions that will allow you to lose weight by eating in the office and away from home all day without forgetting dinner, when everyone is at home.

Simple low-calorie tips that will prevent you from having too many snacks in the office but simple and healthy and above all practical meals. Or better food choices. Starting with breakfast.

SLIMMING BY EATING: THE BAR BREAKFAST

The clerk is the bartender’s best friend. Typically, those who work all day go to the bar at least three times, twice for coffee, once for breakfast in the morning.
Despite good intentions, many Italians skip breakfast in the morning and then go for croissants at the bar. A bad habit. Here’s the tip if you haven’t had breakfast at home . (If yes, go to point two)

  1. Breakfast at the bar: if you haven’t eaten at home, have a cappuccino or skimmed or partially skimmed milk macchiato without sugar (but with the sweetener) and an empty croissant or brioche. Avoid the sheets, the Nutella or cream croissants, the donuts. If possible, that is, if they are visible, give a list of the ingredients: if the croissants contain “vegetable oils”, change the bar. That way you stay on the 350 calories.
  2. Bar breakfast / alternative:
A cappuccino or latte macchiato with semi-skimmed milk or soy, with sweetener, and two Kellogs cereal bars. They sell them in all bars, you get your fill and stay within 300 calories.
  3. Breakfast at the bar / alternative: A coffee with sweetener and a small ham and cheese toast. We are about 300 calories. Coffee break at the bar (mid-morning): An orange or pineapple juice with no added sugar or a freshly squeezed juice. Coffee break at the bar (afternoon): An orange or pineapple juice or a sugar-free cappuccino.
