Lose 7 kg in one month

Dearest and most dear, you often ask me for information on diets that you find on the internet and which I too have spoken about because driven by the need to lose 10 kilos, 8 kilos or 5 kilos. And rightly so, the desire to lose those pounds makes every diet under your nose tempting. For many, the attempt is to lose 10 kilos in a month : a difficult goal to achieve despite the slogans of many diets, so it would already be incredible to lose 7 kilos in a month, anything but ten! Having said that, let’s see the possible solutions starting from the last diets of this year, schematizing them as follows: low-calorie; with weighed foods (you can’t do it without knowing the exact grams and menus); elimination (excludes certain categories of foods).

HOW TO LOSE 7 KG IN A MONTH
1) The 22-day diet: it is a vegan diet proposed by Marco Borges, which promises to lose 11 pounds in three weeks; here too, if you managed to lose 7 kilos in 22 days it would be a great result. It is low-calorie (in reality, the most calorie-dense foods should be eaten in moderation, while green light for vegetables and fruit) and elimination (it is a vegan diet and basically gluten free). Foods are not weighed in grammage, but in cups or doses of 100 grams. You can find it here .
2) The Whole 30:it is a sort of paleo diet, but unlike the paleo diet it also includes potatoes. It is not low calorie and has no weighted foods, but it is an elimination diet. By eliminating cereals, sugar, milk and derivatives and legumes, the diet promises to make you lose 10 kilos in a month. There are several whole30 challenges, or collective challenges to lose weight in thirty days with the whole 30, and apparently it is successful. Here.
3) The Nutritarian diet: it is a low-calorie and basically vegan diet, therefore with the elimination of some foods. Designed by Dr. Fuhrman, it does not require weighed foods and is very similar to the 22-day diet. You lose 7 kilos in a month, 9 in a month and a half. No foods to weigh.  You can find it here.
4) The Swift Diet: unlike the others, it does not have as its slogan a certain weight loss (like: 10 kilos away in two weeks!), but those who followed Dr. Swift’s plan say they have lost 10 kilos, others have lost 6 or 7 kilos. I would say that we are there. It is an elimination diet, which tends to be low-calorie, designed for those suffering from a swollen stomach. You can read it here.
5) The Plank diet or Planck diet: it is the fad diet par excellence, one of the best known flash diets. You lose up to 10 kilos in two weeks, more likely you can lose 7 kilos or 6 kilos in 15 days, but it is a fast and equally inconsistent weight loss. You could gain weight easily. Some foods are weighed by eye, there is a menu, you only eat the foods on the menu, it tends to be low carb. Here she is.
