Lightning low calorie diet to detoxify
Often staying on a diet requires consistency and time and is not a linear path, especially if we have less than five or ten kilos to lose and therefore do not suffer from severe overweight. For example: it happens to “fall into temptation” and after a few days in which we have exaggerated, returning to the diet knowing that you have already failed is difficult, because you feel guilty.

It is a low-calorie diet with a thousand calories with a low carbohydrate content (70 g), low fat and an average protein content (approximately 100 g), ideal for those who need to rebalance a high calorie surplus.
My advice is not to continue this pattern for more than 3-4 days, and then resume your meal plan.
