KETCHUP RECIPE

  • A cup of tomato puree (not tomato puree), of the best quality
  • 1/4 cup of malt or honey
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (white wine too)
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • a pinch of dehydrated garlic
  • half a teaspoon of dehydrated onion
  • a pinch of spices to taste (ok pepper, curry or turmeric, paprika)

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and then lower the heat and cook until you reach the consistency you want!
Pour the sauce into jars or a bottle and store in the fridge. It can be kept for a month!
