Today I am talking about a very special breakfast, suitable for those with intestinal dysbiosis and intestinal regularity problems, with difficulty going to the bathroom, bloating, digestive difficulties. It is a cream, based on Greek yogurt (goat, sheep, cow) or cottage cheese or low-fat quark, with a highly mineralizing cereal flour that can be eaten raw, chia seeds and little fruit. You can prepare this cream in advance (it is very similar to Budwig) simply by mixing the ingredients together (in the case of cottage cheese, use the blender and a cream similar to ricotta will come out: try it!) And keep the cream in the fridge from the evening. before, or doing it at the moment.
The consistency is that of a sweet pudding . Those who are vegan can use silky tofu or better still natural fermented tofu (there is a Taifun brand, Tofé name) or rice yogurt (like Yo Riso Mousse) or homemade almond yogurt or rice. It is such a simple breakfast that it will take you a few minutes to prepare . It has no contraindications, but if you suffer from diverticulitis it is best to avoid chia seeds and replace them with a teaspoon of flaxseed oil or hempseed oil, preferring Greek yogurt to cottage cheese.

INTESTINAL REGULARITY: THE SUITABLE BREAKFAST
170 gr of whole Greek yogurt of your choice (natural) or 150-200 gr of cottage cheese
10 gr of chia seeds or a level tablespoon of linseed or hemp oil
100 gr of banana a lot ripe or 100 gr of apple pulp (for example Probios) or 150 gr of ripe kiwi
a tablespoon of brown millet flour (raw, about 15 gr)
half a glass of water
Ceylon-type organic cinnamon powder

Procedure: mix all the ingredients, or, if you use cottage cheese, blend everything quickly in a blender.
Transfer to a small cup. You can further sweeten with a teaspoon of organic honey, but the flavor of the cream is already naturally sweet, as well as a tablespoon of muesli with no added sugar or whole grain oats. We come to the nutritional values.
The cream provides 352 calories, with 12.5 grams of fat, 42 of carbohydrates of which nearly 9 of fiber and 19.5 grams of protein. It is a hearty and highly satiating breakfast, and above all it is highly recommended for those suffering from intestinal regularity problems.
