Dear Concetta, I did a research on your request and actually the landscape is quite confusing. Honestly, I don’t feel like advertising this or that course because none of those I found on the net particularly inspire me. So my advice is to write or call to book a trial lesson among the search results of antigravity yoga and aerial yoga in Rome and experiment with them. There is also a fan page on Facebook “AntiGravity Yoga Italia” and if you want you can also find out through it. Even better, in September in Rome there will be the Yoga Festival and maybe there will be some schools there also for trial lessons. See you soon, Sara
