I suffer from Hashimoto’s thyroiditis: which supplements for me?
I have thyroid problems and I take Tiche 25 every day;Â to increase the intake of iodine, in addition to eating oily fish, are there any algae supplements or something else?

In the meantime, let’s start with nutrition: take fish rich in fatty acids and omega 3, fresh fruit, turmeric, ginger, replace refined cereals with whole grains, completely eliminate sugar, eliminate the hydrogenated fats found in snacks, french fries, biscuits etc. I recommend taking Uncaria tomentosa, with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating activity, and Boswellia serrata. Keep me informed.
