I am looking for a remedy for retrograde ejaculation

Salutations. I am 64 years old and for about a year and a half, due to taking UROREC and AVODART, I have had retrograde ejaculation. Is there the possibility of “returning to normal”, perhaps replacing one of the two drugs or both with others or, possibly, integrating them with something else? Also, since, since I take these drugs, there is also another side effect and that is the erection is rather poor. Is there a remedy? Thank you in advance for your reply and best regards. Linen
