Hunger attacks, here are the foods that satiate
Let’s face it: if we really wanted to cover our stomachs and that’s enough with something satiating it would be easy to do it, right? It would be enough to eat large quantities of fruit and vegetables and we would be fine. Unfortunately, hunger pangs do not work like this, because they are often not caused by physical reasons, that is hunger, but are psychological in nature : we often want to be satisfied with particular foods, we are not interested only in covering our stomachs. In short, hunger pangs are often irrepressible and irresistible cravings for something forbidden or immediately satisfying, and they are the reason why people get fat .
How can we do to avoid this inconvenience? Two very important signals depart from our brain that we must know how to manage if we want to fight hunger attacks: the sense of hunger (in fact) and the sense of satiety . When hunger pangs resemble real raptus (it’s like being asleep, eating in a dream and waking up after a few seconds, realizing that you have made half a wheel of cheese, a friend told me: fifteen kilos taken like this), the meaning hunger is not real and the sense of satiety is not immediately felt. For this , as I have already written here , it is necessary to play cunning .
It may also be helpful to know what we can eat so that we can:
– satisfy ourselves
– avoid gaining weight
