dietadelloyogurtDo you know what is one of the secrets of French women to keep fit? Well, according to Mireille Guilliano, author of the book French Women Dont ‘Get Fat , it is yogurt, a real fat burner to feel her, which activates the metabolism thanks to its probiotic power. But that’s not all: if you like yogurt, there is a yogurt diet that for years has been proven and useful for losing a few extra pounds. Of course, you must like yogurt, and you must be part of that large but not universal slice of the population that digest it well. For those who have some problems, the alternative is Greek yogurt (with less lactose), while for vegans you can replace traditional yogurt with soy. The yogurt diet is also very simple to do. It only lasts two weeks (it cannot be prolonged), and at the end you can do a maintenance regimen in which you can learn to eat yogurt daily to control weight. Here is what the yogurt diet consists of:
YOGURT DIET
General rule: yogurt must be low in fat, it is good both white and fruit.
Contraindications:
 those suffering from high cholesterol, kidney problems, colic cannot follow it. 
Breakfast:
tea / coffee without sugar, a pot of fat-free Greek yogurt (type fage) with a spoonful of whole grains
Snack:
 a pot of yogurt (twice a day)
For lunch or dinner: one of these two meals includes 250 grams of yogurt and up to 200 grams of fruit of your choice apart from banana, you choose whether to eat it for lunch or dinner. The ideal is Greek yogurt. In the other meal you can eat a portion of fish or meat of up to 200 grams or a portion of cottage cheese or cottage cheese or tofu + vegetables of your choice stir-fried with a tablespoon of oil / butter or grilled + a slice of wholemeal bread of about 30 gr. Alternatively, a salad with lettuce, vegetables of your choice, one hundred grams of boiled legumes and a tablespoon of oil.
Maintenance:After two weeks of this diet, you should eat at least one portion of yogurt a day, for example in the morning or as a snack and preferably use yogurt in sweets, condiments, savory preparations.
