How to lower cholesterol with a smoothie!

This cholesterol-lowering smoothie is a real healthy meal replacement.

THE SMOOTHIE TO LOWER CHOLESTEROL

For a smoothie.
1/4 of avocado
200 gr, Fage Greek yogurt without fat 
100 ml of almond milk with no added sugar or coconut milk (the one to drink)
a teaspoon of coconut oil (optional)
100 gr fresh blueberries
a pinch of stevia or a teaspoon of honey
cinnamon, a sprinkle
of 4-5 ice cubes
