Vegetarian Scarsdale Diet.
For those unfamiliar with it, the Scarsdale diet is one of the first low-carb diets to ever exist. This vegetarian version is more balanced and healthy and is ideal for all women in menopause, because it is rich in foods with phytoestrogens such as soy and with a low amount of fat.
