How to lose 5 pounds without a diet
According to a recent study, it is possible to lose 5 kilos without a diet in a year with a trick that avoids other restrictions, but for which it is necessary to exercise, for example by going to the gym.
This is established by a research published in the  Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport , which reveals that what we eat before doing sports determines a greater or lesser energy expenditure.

The researchers divided a sample of women into 3 groups.
- The first had a high-protein meal (i.e. 45 percent of the food was protein).
- The second low in protein and with more carbohydrates.
- And the third did not eat anything.After that they did an hour on the treadmill. The result is incredible: the people who ate the protein snack spent about 185 calories more than the other 2 groups.

At least 700 if we exercise 4 times.
With the result of losing 5 kg without dieting in a year without having done anything special beyond the usual routine.
