Homemade Frozen Yogurt: 90 calories per serving

You like ice cream but you are on a diet. And I bet you stay away from artisanal ice cream, which is more caloric, and therefore opt for the industrial one where at least you can know how many calories to consume.

But for something low-calorie gluttony, try this recipe for homemade, extra-light frozen yogurt.
This is the recipe for a yogurt-based light fruit ice cream, which is prepared in a flash and allows you to save the line without sacrifices.

Homemade Frozen Yogurt: 90 calories per serving

Recipe for frozen yogurt for 2 people.

  • A pack of 170 gr. fat-free Greek yogurt fage
  • A few drops of artificial sweetener such as tic or half a teaspoon of stevia
  • Two drops of vanilla, lemon or orange essence
  • Grated lemon or orange peel.
  • 250 gr. strawberries or peaches
  • A meager teaspoon of honey

Method.
Wash the fruit, cut it into small pieces and keep it for an hour in the freezer wrapped in plastic wrap.
In a blender or mixer, mix the frozen fruit, herbs, honey and yogurt (which you have taken care to keep in the fridge). Blend for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
