HoloLens is the future through which Microsoft imagines we will look at the world. Could TV actually become a mere thing of the past here any time soon? The American company imagines with a decidedly imaginative commercial.
The brand new commercial for the Super Bowl, the most watched sporting event in the world after the Olympic Games, has certainly impressed everyone: think if during a football match we could see every single player, goals scored in the league, injuries, yellow cards and who more has more put. Then think of translating this data onto a screen that could easily be the surface of your coffee table in the living room while you watch the fight on TV.
Microsoft’s partner, the NFL said she was very satisfied with the success of the spot which, just think on youtube, has already reached over three hundred thousand views in a single day.
One really wonders if the future is actually within reach as the following ad shows:
Obviously the commercial was shot exaggerating the potential of the machine but it is not certain that Microsoft will not be able, in the near future, to realize what it “predicted” in the current years, just think big: what could we achieve in 10 years from now?
