Here comes the satiating diet: so you lose 5 kg per month
Researchers have come up with it and they call it just that: a satiating diet, a diet capable of making you lose more than half a kilo a week, practically over double the weight. But without going hungry. And in particular, the satiating diet would offer two further advantages over the standard diet.
On the one hand, the combination of foods promotes the loss of body fat, with a reduction in the waistline and visceral fat greater than a low-calorie diet, even of the Mediterranean type. On the other hand, by always leaving you full, it reduces the sense of hunger and therefore the risk of abandoning the diet and failing.

WHAT IS THE SAZIANT DIET
The satiating diet is a slimming program created by a team of Canadian researchers from the Université Laval of Quebec City, close to the Mediterranean diet but also inspired by the low carbohydrate diet. A middle ground, in short, which, like Dr. Rolls’ volumetric diet , is based on eating certain foods to your fill while limiting others. The sacrifices at the table become few, the intestinal flora improves, cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar are reduced.
FOODS YES AND NO FOODS OF THE DIET
In the satiating diet we eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, whole grains, lean sources of protein, with olive oil and other sources of monounsaturated fats, while among the spices chilli pepper is preferred. However, some foods are excluded: refined products and saturated fats, added sugars. The combination of foods is designed so that you don’t feel hungry.
