Healthy breakfast with a delicious smoothie
Breakfast, there are those who love to make it in a more or less traditional way with coffee and croissant, bread and jam plus coffee and milk, or coffee with milk and biscuits, and those who love to find alternative solutions to make a healthy breakfast.
An example of a healthy breakfast can be a smoothie, a porridge, some juices.
Today I post the recipe for this delicious but dietary smoothie , rich in antioxidants, vitamins and fats that are good for our metabolism.
Naturally sweet and very filling, it allows us to go all the way to lunch without hunger.  The calories? Approximately 270.
Great income for a healthy but nutrient-rich breakfast.

THE SMOOTHIE FOR A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
- A small, ripe, sweet orange in wedges of 100 gr
- A handful of raw spinach or valerian
- A spoonful of rapé coconut
- A cup of coconut flavored drink (type Alpro / 200 ml)
- A scoop of whey or vegan vanilla protein powder (alternatively 170g skimmed Greek yogurt)
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
- half a banana (ripe)
stevia to taste
Blend all the ingredients and enjoy a healthy breakfast but all to drink.
Thanks to vitamin C, the smoothie can be stored for a few hours.
