Easy muesli for breakfast

Easy muesli for breakfast

This easy and fast to make muesli contains very useful ingredients if taken early in the morning: oat flakes that promote intestinal regularity, dehydrated fruit, oil seeds that provide us with good fats, wheat germ which is protein and nutritious. Ideal to be taken with milk or Greek yogurt and a good spoonful of honey, this easy muesli can be prepared in advance, and even in larger doses to keep it all week (in this case, simply multiply the ingredients for seven days!). Perfect for those on a diet who want a healthier diet.

QUICK AND EASY MUESLI
Ingredients for one person
2 and a half tablespoons of oat flakes
4-5 coarsely chopped almonds
a teaspoon of wheat germ
a teaspoon of coarsely chopped flax seeds
a teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
cinnamon powder
coconut flakes one tablespoon
raisins or dehydrated blueberries a teaspoo

Take a pan and toast the mix of oat flakes, almonds and seeds for a minute or two. Once the mixture has cooled, put it in a bowl, and add the cinnamon, wheat germ, coconut and dehydrated blueberries.
Pour the mixture over 100 grams of lean ricotta or 170 grams of low-fat Greek yogurt or in a cup of hot or cold milk (200 ml), together with a spoonful of organic honey and a sprinkling of cinnamon (hypoglycemic). Those who want (in the case of ricotta or yogurt) can also add half a banana in pieces or fresh berries.
