to be used in combination with the remaining vegetables in doses of maximum 100 grams = apples, oranges, medlars, apricots, clementines, mangoes, melons, strawberries, cherries, red fruits, watermelon, pears, peaches, mandarins, pineapple, carrots, beets, pumpkin, papaya, grapes .
NON-SUGAR VEGETABLES: always to be used in combination with sugary fruit or vegetables in doses of 300 grams (maximum) or alone in various combinations (free quantity) = zucchini, broccoli, rocket, watercress, salads, peppers, tomatoes, radishes , cucumbers, spinach, celery and fennel.
Another mix can be made with the unsweetened vegetable combined with the avocado:in this case it is better to use the centrifuge and not the extract, so that the fibers and the body of the avocado make our drink creamy. The doses for the avocado are about 60 grams, the unsweetened vegetable 300 grams maximum.
