Are there any foods that make you fat more than others? Yes. And you already know some of them of course.
For example, a four-cheese pizza makes you fat, especially if it is not an occasional treat.
In general, they make all foods fat:
– high-calorie
– which have a lot of fats and carbohydrates together, due to the Randle effect. 

Others are foods that make you fat but are unsuspected: they slow down our metabolism, as well as harm our health. Let’s see what they are.

  1. Industrial meat products or meat processing products: canned hams, pressed meat, frankfurters, ready-made hamburgers are among the foods that make you fat.
    The explanation is simple : these packaged products that so much solve last-minute lunches and dinners should be avoided like the plague for the content of sodium, sugars, fats and additives, rather than for a caloric speech. Furthermore, they are almost never consumed alone, but often together with more or less elaborate side dishes that aggravate their nutritional load.
  2. Coca cola and other drinks (soft drinks): they are bad both in the traditional version, due to the sugars, and in the light version with sweeteners, due to their dangerousness, although not all sweeteners have been ascertained.  (CONTINUED ON PAGE 2)
