Fast weight loss diets: when they’re ok and when they’re not
With the summer, many people ask me for information on this or that lightning diet, because they want to know more: generally I satisfy them (and then I am criticized by others because I also post flash diet plans on my blog, I also say why I don’t write only of those), but often I realize that we start from a wrong assumption when looking for a diet. That is: losing weight costs whatever it costs.
Which is the ideal prerequisite for gaining weight later.Â
I want to keep it simple:Â lightning diets can be temporary weight loss strategies in these cases and only in these cases.
1) IF WE COME OUT OF A PERIOD OF FOOD BAGORDI: we were on vacation for two weeks, eating whatever, and in particular we didn’t eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. At this point, a three-day, five-day, or one-week blast diet may be an idea to go calorie deficit and deflate. Provided that after these three days, five days or this week we go back to eating as human beings.
2) IF WE PROVIDE A PERIOD OF FOOD BAGORDI:Â see point one, in this case you play in advance.
3) IF WE HAVE AN IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT:we want to be beautiful and deflated for a particular day, then a classic 3-day diet can be for us.
