Fast diet to lose 5 kg in 10 days

This  fast diet to lose 5 kg in a maximum of ten days is a very drastic regimen, suitable for those who need to deflate and lose weight immediately, but which must then be followed by a suitable and less restrictive slimming regimen to continue losing weight. Ideal as a period of restrictive diet after having definitely exaggerated at the table, it is however a diet that should not be taken lightly and that I do not recommend personally, even if many continue to ask me very fast diets to lose weight: discuss with your doctor before doing any do-it-yourself regimen, and limit yourself to a two or three day diet if you have eaten too much. If the weight does not drop after two or three days, it is useless to insist without professional help.

This drastic regimen in particular is similar to the famous Plank diet: it promises rapid weight loss, it is precisely a fast diet to lose 5 or even 6 kg in a period of up to 10 days. It was developed by Lux Coaching. 

FAST DIET TO LOSE 5 KG
Rules: take a multivitamin
Do not repeat the diet again and resume with your weight loss regime
Monday
Breakfast: a bruschetta with a slice of toasted wholemeal bread, salt, a tomato and herbs, coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: fruit salad with fruit of your choice
Dinner: two eggs cooked without fat, salad with a teaspoon of oil and a grapefruit
Tuesday
Breakfast: 1 egg and 200 ml of grapefruit juice, coffee or tea
Lunch: a bruschetta with a slice of toasted wholemeal bread, tomato, herbs and 150 grams of chicken breast. Dinner: a small steak with salad dressed with lemon juice. Wednesday Breakfast: Tuesday breakfast

Lunch: see Monday
Dinner: 2 pork chops, lamb or veal, green salad with lemon juice and a grapefruit or juice
Thursday
Breakfast: see Monday
Lunch: see Monday
Dinner: two boiled eggs, salad and a grapefruit
Friday
Breakfast: see Monday

Dinner: fish and salad (free quantity)
Saturday
Breakfast: a grapefruit, coffee or tea

Dinner: roast chicken breast (200 gr), carrot salad and grapefruit juice

Breakfast: two eggs with tomato slices
Lunch: two eggs with spinach
Dinner: a lean steak with salad
