Eight ways to lose weight according to the dietician

Today we see eight ways to lose weight (in the medium and long term) according to dietician Sara Olivieri, who has a very informative and fun facebook page called Start Monday , and a very informative blog of the same name, full stop.
From the blog of Start Monday  , Dr. Olivieri lists eight ways to lose weight without a specific diet: some work immediately (and improve our health), others work in the medium or long term, because they allow us to save thousands of calories without restrictions. “direct” food, therefore without depriving us of food.
Since some of these tips are really curious and original, I will list them for you.

EIGHT WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT ACCORDING TO DR. SARA OLIVIERI
1) Avoid frying, cooking in the oven with fat and stir-frying foods: better season them raw with extra virgin olive oil (a spoon), so as to preserve the antioxidant substances of the oil and learn to better enjoy the flavors of food without covering them. Furthermore, from my experience these cooking methods often involve a little more oil than raw dressing. For example, if we cook raw vegetables in a pan, at the end of cooking it will seem that the oil put (if we limit ourselves to a spoon) has disappeared or evaporated. On the other hand, once the vegetables or vegetables are cooked, the raw oil not only has a stronger flavor, but it feels more like it. 2) Salt raw:

a tip for those who have to limit salt is salt raw (even pasta) or salt after the food is cooked and on the plate. This way we will know exactly how much we are salting.
3) Do not do diets without carbohydrates: even Dr. Olivieri advises to avoid diets without carbohydrates. Low carb diets are indeed a double-edged sword. Unsustainable in the long term, they obviously worsen our metabolic affinity with carbohydrates. The doctor recalls the guidelines of the Eufic (European Food Information Council): total carbohydrates must cover 45 to 60% of our caloric needs.
4) Exercise:the doctor recommends exercising no less than three times a week or walking for at least half an hour a day or both. I personally recommend sport or both.
