Drinks for weight loss in the morning

The moment we wake up is a very special moment from a metabolic point of view.
From dawn onwards, our body returns to activity as daylight approaches.

If we want to lose weight, in the first half of the day, it is necessary to promote the work of purifying the body by the kidneys and liver. If our excretory organs work well, the body will be able to use food as a form of energy more easily .
In this article, therefore, we see some drinks with a draining and purifying effect useful for losing weight in the morning and promoting the energetic awakening of the body.

An important rule that everyone should follow is to eat half an hour before waking up.
If you are not used to it, just a fruit or a glass of milk or a jar of yogurt with honey. Instead, never take coffee as soon as you wake up and fast. I explained why here. 

THE RIGHT DRINKS TO LOSE WEIGHT IN THE MORNING

  1. Water, lemon and Manuka honey. 

    Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant, also in the liver, because it stimulates the liver to better metabolize fats. A good habit to help our liver is to drink lemon water and Manuka honey (a tip) on an empty stomach. We can also use green tea instead of water or coconut water.
    We can also boil the water, add the lemon juice and only then, the honey.

  2. Ginger and mint herbal tea.

    This drink is ideal for those suffering from nausea, gastritis, stomach problems, and for example nausea in the morning, and helps the intestine to expel excess mucus, as well as promoting the well-being of the biliary tract.
    Just steep a small piece of ginger in a cup of hot water and add some fresh hand-broken mint leaves.

  3. Cumin and lemon seed drink.

    Cumin is a spice that promotes weight loss by improving carbohydrate metabolism. Ideal to alternate with drink number one, if we have breakfast with carbohydrates (fruit, bread, biscuits) and to drink even before lunch, if we eat pasta or rice. It makes carbohydrates more assimilable and digestible, promotes digestion in general and helps the liver. Just boil a tablespoon of cumin seeds in 200ml of water, add the lemon juice and drink it twice, from morning to lunchtime.
    In the morning it should be sweetened with a teaspoon of honey. Before lunch and dinner it should be drunk pure.

  4. Water, honey and apple cider vinegar.

    Drink that improves digestion, favoring the work of gastric juices. It should be drunk a few minutes before lunch and dinner, dissolving a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of honey in two fingers of water. In particular, it would enhance the AMPK protein and improve insulin sensitivity. If we are trying to lose weight, we can drink it three times a day.
