Dr. Oz’s 5-Day Tea Diet

Dr. Oz’s 5-Day Tea Diet

The 5-Day Tea Diet is a quick detox regimen to lose 1-2 pounds, conceived by Dr. Pina Lo Giudice , a naturopath, and premiered at the Dr. Oz Show. It involves following 5 detoxifying days based on slimming recipes and tea or herbal teas to promote maximum hydration. Here is the plan.

THE 5-DAY TEA DIET OF DOCTOR OZ

In these 5 days you eat only natural foods and you also avoid coffee. You can do the diet Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday free and the plan can be repeated for another week. Obviously you have to get the ingredients for tea and herbal teas, so I recommend that you first go to a herbalist’s shop to buy the ingredients.
