After talking to you about the diet that the famous Dr. Nowzaradan recommends to those who want to lose weight little by little, with a 1500 calorie plan for women and 1800 calories for men that you find here , today I tell you about his famous weight loss diet to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks.

A recent article finally unveiled Dr. Nowzaradan’s weight loss plan after one of the participants in the famous Vite al Limite program revealed it in an interview.

As you know, depending on the severity of the cases, Nowzaradan prescribes a weight loss plan that ranges from 800 to 1200 calories. This weight loss plan may or may not include snacks.
These evaluations are decided by the doctor, but the menu is always the same.
In the case of the 800 or 1000 calories, the portions are reduced. The foods are identical. To be safe, I will only share the 1200 calorie plan , as 1000 or 800 calories per day are too drastic and risk slowing your metabolism.

Even this 1200 calorie plan is obviously not for everyone.

  • It is fine for those with a large overweight to be disposed of in a short time (about 15-20 kilos or in any case never under ten), but it must obviously be discussed with your doctor. And it can also be good for those with a modest daily calorie requirement, around 1700 calories a day.
  • The latter include women after the age of 50, sedentary women, women of small stature and only moderately active or inactive.
  • Also, as you already know, Dr. Nowzaradan’s weight loss diet is strictly low-carb, i.e. low in carbohydrates.

My advice is therefore to limit it to one, maximum two months, for a total of 20 kilos lost, then following the transition phase, and finally choosing the Nowzaradan plan that I have described here in order not to regain the lost weight.
