It is a three-day regimen with two variants: you can simply choose one of the two , or alternate the days thanks to the variants to make the mini diet less monotonous.

DR. CIRO VESTITA’S MINIDIETA DETOX
Breakfast:
 a cup of green tea or coffee and a fruit of your choice
Lunch: a large plate of minestrone * or 300 grams of boiled potatoes seasoned with very little oil, a little salt and parsley
Dinner: like lunch

* the minestrone must be seasoned with a little oil and must not have legumes. We can do it at home, choosing vegetables such as green leafy vegetables, squash, potatoes, carrots and winter vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, etc.).
During the day you must drink mallow herbal tea , which is obtained by holding 4 tablespoons of chopped mallow in boiling water, and continuing to boil for two minutes. In total, it is good to drink about two liters of water a day especially if we want to detoxify from a period of binging.
