Do I suffer from depression? How can I get better?
Hello, I have had burning mouth syndrome for 5 years, also in this long period I have had ups and downs. I have been in menopause for 6 years, I have mood swings and mull over facts and events that don’t let me sleep at night. I recently had a bereavement before Christmas, my father and I have a husband unfortunately with various pathologies that have made him disabled. I have little time for myself and therefore what I would like to do and what I would like to do. I would like to feel more serene and relaxed. I take 3 mg of melatonin before bed which makes me doze off but during the day I have hot flashes and moments of anxiety. Can I have some indications on a homeopathic level? Thank you

In your case Madam, there can be no answer, not even partial. We must consider the whole of your situation. Beware that the burning mouth often corresponds to intoxication from metallic amalgmas. However, for sleep and advice, as well as taking melatonin (circadin retard 1 c.) After evening take a concentrated herbal tea by purchasing it from a qualified herbalist (passion flower, valerian, chamomile etc.)
Good evening lady; the symptomatology you describe is quite typical of the menopause state, even if the “burning mouth” may be a less common symptom. I suppose you have already taken some natural supplements specific to your condition (beyond just Melatonin); otherwise I advise you to start. In this regard, she anticipates that it is necessary to supplement with phytoestrogens (for example Soy Isoflavones), as well as magnesium, calcium and vitamin D; specific medicinal plants such as Black Cohosh are very useful. The intake of Melatonin in the evening is correct, but it must be associated with natural supplements of medicinal plants with a relaxing and mood-regulating action, such as Passionflower, Valerian. None of these remedies are without contraindications,
Good morning dear, plantar reflexology can be a valid help in synergy with other solutions that can help you get better overall. I also believe that she does not need supplementary solutions to sleep but if anything she needs to metabolize the loss of her father and find more space to express herself. Don’t tick “I can’t find time for myself”. If you want you can! She will see that by just being gratified as a person, her situation can improve and even quickly. Try taking a yoga class. Regards. Dear Madam, certainly take natural substances that act directly on the menopausal state: natural phytoestrogens, soy isoflavones: ideal daily consumption of 60 g of yellow soy beans – soak for 6-12 hours, cook in salted water – they contain the necessary quantity, after 1 month the first improvements, in the third month the state of well-being or strong reduction of symptoms is reached; alternatively: the same amount of phytoestrogens are also found in a glass of soy milk a day, in the morning, therefore away from main meals; or a portion of Tofu, also alternating between these on various days of the week). Every 3 months, for fifteen days, a Mag2 sachet that you find in the pharmacy, is magnesium: a strong anti-anxiety that can still help you. In the end, The Yoga recommended here also by other professionals is certainly indicated, or with less effort and time you can perform that gentle “gymnastics / non-gymnastics” of Chinese origin that we recommend in our book, “bioenergetic manipulation: the oriental way to psychophysical well-being “: We can send you free of charge the extract that describes these simple movements to be performed in the morning and before going to bed, a few minutes a day. Homeopathic treatments are always very effective in ailments like yours: in fact, they allow you to cure every ailment at its root, when carried out in the most correct way both by the doctor and by the patients who undergo it. Specifically, there are many remedies capable of significantly attenuating and improving the ailments that you report, and which are only partly attributable to menopause. For an effective and safe homeopathic treatment, it is necessary to prescribe the remedy, however, not on the specific symptoms of your disorder or disease, but on a series of its peculiar characteristics, which originate from its anatomical constitution, and relate, over time, also to his temperament, to his emotionality – on which there are / have obviously been external influences – and to his general and local reactivity.
I would like to recommend the global psycho-physical re-harmonization that Reiki can give you, also increasing the beneficial effects of what you can take on a homeopathic or medicinal level. The first effect of Reiki is precisely to improve mood, relax and promote sleep and all these things happen with the only laying on of hands by the therapist. I wish you well.
