DIY Yogurt and Pineapple Ice Cream: 160 calories per serving

Today I post a recipe that I will also post on Instagram: this DIY ice cream is quick and easy , it took me ten minutes to prepare it, it does not require an ice cream maker, it is put in the freezer for one night and the next day it is ready.

It is creamy, balanced in proteins to reduce glycemic impact, and has only 160 calories per serving despite the milk cream base . The main ingredients are skimmed yogurt and pineapple: it also has less fat, as well as fewer calories, than an artisanal and even industrial cream ice cream. What more do you want? Ah yes, the recipe! 🙂

Separately, whip the egg whites until stiff. Gradually incorporate them into the cold cream.
Pour everything into a container that you can put in the freezer. Comes over a kilo of ice cream. Cover with cling film and place in the freezer. After a whole night it is ready.
