Depression and Bach flowers
Hello, As a teenager I was diagnosed with borderline and have spent the last 17 years fighting it, trying to grow personally, know and “defeat” it, even with the (supervised) use of psychotropic drugs (antidepressant and mood stabilizer). Now I can say that my borderline has given way to depression and although this makes me happy and the quality of my life is now absolutely pleasant, depression (both endogenous and retroactive as well as acute) sometimes overwhelms me to the point of having to restrain everything and focus only on isolation, loneliness and overcoming the dark moment. I still take psychiatric drugs. For about 3 months I have been scaling the doses to get to the point of not having to take them anymore but knowing that I will still have to face depression I decided to replace the psychiatric drugs with Bach flowers. I’ve already done some research and found the flowers that suit me. I would like to know if there are any side effects in use, such as drowsiness during the day, difficulty recovering in the morning as soon as you wake up, general fatigue, insomnia (all the effects experienced by psychotropic drugs, and insomnia in the rare moments when you do not I took). Thanks for your answer! insomnia (all the effects experienced by psychiatric drugs, and insomnia in the rare moments when I have not taken them). Thanks for your answer! insomnia (all the effects experienced by psychiatric drugs, and insomnia in the rare moments when I have not taken them). Thanks for your answer!
