If you want to lose inches where you need it, you just have to carve out ten minutes of your time every day for a month, doing
the fat burning workout that Chris and Heidi Powell, famous personal trainers, protagonists of many TV shows, have shown in the studies of Dr. Oz show .
Here’s what it is.
It is effective and allows you to burn calories and increase your metabolism.

FAT BURNER WORKOUT BY CHRIS AND HEIDI POWELL.

  • There are only 4 exercises to be repeated a number of times in a continuous circuit, with a few seconds between one cycle and another.
    That is, each exercise must be done for a certain number of repetitions, then you move on to the second, third and fourth without stopping.
  • The first time each of the 4 exercises is repeated twice.
  • The second time the 4 exercises are repeated 4 times.
  • The third time, six times.
  • The fourth time, eight times.
  • The fifth time, ten times.
    At this point, take a thirty second break.
  • Resume with a sixth round with each exercise repeated 12 times.
  • Seventh round with each exercise repeated 14 times.
  • Eighth round with each exercise repeated 16 times. It is very likely that this round will not finish it all.
    You have to stop at exactly nine minutes. Here are the 4 exercises.
    Exercise A. TWISTING LUNGE .
    Exercise B. Push-ups with knees to elbows. 
    Exercise C. Squat jump.
    Exercise D. Reverse crunches with leg raises.
