A light chestnut for our breakfast or snack? Here is a recipe that takes up a traditional autumn dish, the castagnaccio, in a sweet version, but with a reduced-fat dough thanks to Greek yogurt. And without sugar. The calories? 115 per portion!
Ingrediants
  • Ingredients for 8 people.
  • 150 grams of chestnut flour
  • 100 grams of 0% fat Fage Greek yogurt
  • 100 grams (one pack) of Melinda type apple puree
  • 250 ml of water
  • a spoonful of bitter cocoa
  • 6 generous tablespoons of Truvia or other stevia as required.
  • a pinch of salt
  • 18 grams of pine nuts
  • 20 grams of raisins
Instructions
  1. Mix the chestnut flour with the water. Add the yogurt and apple puree, truvia and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Pour into a rectangular pan covered with parchment paper and put everything at 180 ° for about twenty minutes. Remove from the oven for a moment and sprinkle the light castagnaccio with pine nuts and raisins. Return to the oven for another 5-6 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  2. Light castagnaccio can be kept for 3-4 days covered with film.
