A light chestnut for our breakfast or snack? Here is a recipe that takes up a traditional autumn dish, the castagnaccio, in a sweet version, but with a reduced-fat dough thanks to Greek yogurt. And without sugar. The calories? 115 per portion!
Ingrediants
- Ingredients for 8 people.
- 150 grams of chestnut flour
- 100 grams of 0% fat Fage Greek yogurt
- 100 grams (one pack) of Melinda type apple puree
- 250 ml of water
- a spoonful of bitter cocoa
- 6 generous tablespoons of Truvia or other stevia as required.
- a pinch of salt
- 18 grams of pine nuts
- 20 grams of raisins
Instructions
- Mix the chestnut flour with the water. Add the yogurt and apple puree, truvia and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Pour into a rectangular pan covered with parchment paper and put everything at 180 ° for about twenty minutes. Remove from the oven for a moment and sprinkle the light castagnaccio with pine nuts and raisins. Return to the oven for another 5-6 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Light castagnaccio can be kept for 3-4 days covered with film.
