Do you want to lose weight quickly and are looking for an adequate workout to drop a few pounds?
In this article we see a cardio type workout for fast weight loss that can be done at home, in the gym or outdoors.

What’s it about? It is a simplification of a method already known to athletes who have to lose stubborn fat quickly, to those who need to define themselves quickly, to those who aim to lose those last two or three kilos that just don’t go away, despite a ‘ healthy eating and the right movement.

The method is the one expressed by Lyle McDonald in his book ” The Stubborn Fat Solution “, which can be simplified in the way that I will describe later.

CARDIO TO LOSE FAST: WHAT YOU NEED

It is a type of cardio workout that combines the aerobic cardiovascular effort with the anaerobic effort of high intensity work, which will take you 30 to 40 minutes of time per day at most.

To do this we need cardio machines such as: exercise bike, stepper, elliptical trainer, treadmill (valid only for one phase of the method). If we train at home, an exercise bike or elliptical can allow us to do all the work anyway.
Or simply the ride on the spot.

What is the advantage of this method?
It is short, although very intense. It increases the metabolism, and allows us to burn more, and in particular affect the stubborn fat reserves.

Clearly, I have already said and I repeat it, it is a simplification of a method used in the professional field.
But it works.
