Body cleansing: 5 days of diet to lose 2 kg
A 5-day diet reset, ideal for seasonal changes and especially in the transition from cold to hot months, for a fast and effective body purification. With this mini-diet, which we can repeat for a maximum of another week, leaving us more free on the weekend, we can quickly deflate by 2 kg.

In this case, a small interlude of a healthy and detoxifying diet, which acts on the liver and intestines, can get rid of that little extra weight and act as a natural drainage. We will feel lighter and more energetic.

It is advisable to lightly add salt to the lunch dishes and take a walk for an hour a day or a session of yoga, pilates, even light for half an hour every day.
BODY PURIFICATION: 5 DAYS OF DIET TO LOSE 2 KG
Before breakfast : a glass of water. A dandelion tea or sugar-free lemon slimming tea .
Breakfast
25 grams of toasted bread with 80 grams of sheep ricotta or a jar of 125 grams of goat yogurt or a jar of Granarolo coconut creaminess + a teaspoon of honey.
For those who do not want dairy products, a large hard-cooked egg with soft yolk (5-6 minutes of boiling).
After breakfast. A light coffee without sugar or a light tea.
Mid-morning snack.
Smoothie with 150 grams of strawberries, half a glass of mineral water, a cucumber.
Instead of strawberries: 100 grams of kiwi or half an orange.
As an alternative to the smoothie: an orange juice or a pomegranate juice.

Monday lunch
Aubergine puree: boil 300 grams of aubergine, remove the peel and seeds. Blend the mixture with a quarter of a clove of garlic or a quarter of red onion, a teaspoon of oil, 500 ml of chicken or meat broth (or vegetable, if you are a vegetarian), a few fresh mint leaves or parsley, a little salt. Serve warm with 25 grams of toasted durum wheat bread.
As an alternative to aubergines: zucchini.
Half apple or half pear cooked without peel.
Tuesday
Endive cream.
Sauté two heads of Belgian endive and half a stick of celery in a teaspoon of oil and the chopped quarter of an onion. Add 100 grams of potato into tiny chunks, a ladle of water. Cover with a lid and cook the vegetables. Blend them with 300 ml of chicken or vegetable broth, a pinch of salt, nutmeg.
End of meal with half a banana.
Wednesday
Pumpkin puree .
Boil 200 grams of pumpkin with a copper or red onion. Alternatively 150 grams of beetroot and a tablespoon of tomato sauce. Drain the vegetables, put in a mixer, add 5 grams of corn starch or potato starch, 300 ml of chicken, beef or vegetable broth, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper or turmeric. Put the mixture in a saucepan and cook until boiling. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt and one of raw oil.
At the end of the meal with a kiwi or two clementines.
Thursday
Velvety Mushroom.
Chop 125 grams of champignons raw with a quarter of a clove of garlic. In a saucepan, pour 200 ml of meat or vegetable broth, a glass of skim or soy milk, a heaping teaspoon of potato starch or corn starch. Cook, stirring constantly and turn off just before boiling. Add salt, a teaspoon of oil, nutmeg and chopped parsley.
A cooked apple or pear without peel.
Friday
A serving of beef, chicken or vegetable broth with a teaspoon of oil and one teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese. A slice of toast with a teaspoon of oil and a crushed tomato. End of meal with half a banana.
After lunch: always drink a sugar-free herbal tea of fennel seeds, half a cup.
Snack.
125 grams of goat yogurt or a jar of Granarolo coconut creaminess + a kiwi or 4-5 strawberries or a clementine.
Dinner valid for every day.
A 90 gram (female) or 140 gram (male) serving of jellied meat or 120-150 grams of turkey breast or same weight as spring peas (raw weight) or white fish such as hake, cod, sea bream fillet or 70-100 grams of feta or Linea cheese or two medium eggs with soft yolk (if not eaten for breakfast).
From 25 to 50 grams (woman-man) of toasted or toasted durum wheat bread.
Medium portion to choose between steamed spinach or boiled asparagus or cooked zucchini. No to raw vegetables.
A teaspoon of oil in all for the woman, two for a man, raw.
Half a banana.
After dinner: always drink a sugar-free herbal tea of fennel seeds, half a cup.
Always dine early, ending up by nine where possible.
Before going to bed, a warm-lukewarm shower with a bicarbonate scrub, using a little baking soda in one hand, wiping it on the body with your hand or a sponge and rinsing.
Please note: instead of bread it is possible to eat two rice or corn cakes per 25 gram slice.
Herbal teas go and all drinks are drunk without sugar or sweetener of any kind.
Saturday and Sunday are always moderate.
Breakfast and snacks are repeated, preferring a separate diet, with a first course at lunch and a second at dinner.
