Less than 3 kg in a week: Dr. Cohen’s quick diet

Less than 3 kg in a week: Dr. Cohen’s quick diet

You can lose 3 kg in a week, but then you need to adopt new lifestyle habits. This is what the French doctor Michel Cohen , nutritionist explains: in his book, The Cohen method , he explains that to lose weight and maintain results it is necessary to have a healthy and balanced relationship with food.

Concessions, mistakes, are possible and indeed positive, if we then know how to get back to better habits. But motivation is needed to lose weight. And from his experience, Dr. Cohen explains that those with 10 to 20 kilos to lose feel the need to see the first kilos disappear faster.
Only in this way will he continue to keep the motivation alive to continue his journey.

For this reason, it is possible to start your weight loss journey with a rapid diet , which allows you to lose at least 3 kg in one week and a maximum of four.

It is therefore not a suitable diet for everyone, especially if the pounds to lose are less than ten. In this case, a lightning regimen at the beginning of the diet is less suitable.

Instead, by putting the diet into a long-term weight loss plan, this initial week is the push many are looking for to continue losing weight. Dr. Cohen also explains that the diet is useful if the surgeon asks the patient to lose weight in preparation for surgery.

We will then see how to follow the most sustainable weight loss phase. Let’s start with Dr. Michel Cohen’s quick diet to follow the first week of our weight loss journey, after obviously having had the approval of our treating doctor.
