Beyoncé’s crash diet revealed: amazement among fans
In the documentary Homecoming , star Beyoncé described the crash diet she followed to get back in shape after a cesarean delivery at the Coachella Festival . And it was with some amazement that fans received Beyoncé’s confession about what she ate to get back in shape from pregnancy.
To be exact, the singer stated that in order to lose weight she followed a diet without meat, without fish, without carbohydrates, without sugar, without alcohol, without milk or dairy products or cheeses . She added “I’m hungry”, and then she said that to have a top body you had to make a lot of sacrifices.
So many that you don’t eat anything?
“THAT SOMEONE FEEDS BEY,” fans wrote on Twitter. And also: “WE ALL LIKE BEYONCÉ BODY, BUT WHO WOULD MAKE A DIET WITHOUT CARBOHYDRATES, MEAT, FISH AND DAIRY PRODUCTS?”.

The question that many have asked themselves is this: with all these restrictions, what kind of diet did Beyoncé follow to lose weight dramatically? Soon said (they had to ask me damn!): The famous singer went on a keto-vegan diet.
The foods allowed in her crash diet were: tofu, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened coconut milk, chia and flax seeds, greens but no vegetables, oil, dried fruit such as almonds or walnuts, coconut chips, spaghetti of konjac, seaweed noodles, courgette noodles, avocado, currants, vegan protein powder. Not much else.
So for breakfast she drank a vegan protein and avocado shake, for lunch and dinner she ate little tofu with vegetables like spinach or broccoli and a handful of seeds. For snack, coconut chips or almonds.
With this menu she lost weight fast, but like she said, it was a starvation diet.
