Servings: 4, calories per serving: 158
1 ripe avocado (dark skin, soft inside, weight about 250/300 gr complete with peel and stone)
100 ml of vegetable drink with coconut or almond or rice milk
20 grams of coconut oil (two level spoons or three teaspoons) or coconut milk like Tibiona or Suzi-wan or unsweetened cream for desserts
stevia as required (about a third of a teaspoon but do the test starting from it from a tip)
vanilla aroma
25 gr bitter cocoa

Procedure: blend everything in a blender, divide the mixture into 4 bowls and keep in the freezer for half an hour then two hours in the fridge or in the fridge overnight to enjoy it the next day. You can garnish it with fresh mint leaves and a few blueberries or a grated lemon or lime zest.
