Perfect belly goal: how to achieve the best result in a month’s time? In this article we see all the strategies to have a perfect stomach, that is, flat and deflated, and to reduce the percentage of fat and weight. For this to work, I warn you: strategies must be combined, the result of a perfect stomach is only achieved if you do all these things together.

GOAL PERFECT BELLY IN 4 WEEKS

  1. FLAT STOMACH DIET

    For 4 weeks, follow a natural-only diet based on these foods: meat, fish, plain tofu, eggs, egg whites, white skimmed natural Greek yogurt, fruit, vegetables, almonds, stevia to sweeten and a little olive oil to flavor.
    In particular: breakfast with a skimmed Greek yogurt with a fruit of your choice or egg or egg whites omelette with a fruit of your choice.
    Lunch with meat or fish or tofu with vegetables and a drizzle of oil plus a fruit of your choice.
    Snacks with a dozen almonds or at most a piece of dark chocolate (10 grams).

    The vegetables are freebut I recommend that you choose the vegetables that cause you less bloating: excellent zucchini, cooked spinach, cooked eggplant, peeled peppers, raw cucumbers, raw carrots, cooked pumpkin, cooked celery, cooked fennel and mushrooms.
    Do not drink fizzy drinks, only water, coffee, or tea sweetened with stevia.
    One day a week you can afford a fruit-only ice cream or a sorbet or a lemon or fruit granita (menu taken from The Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise) .

  2. ACTIVITIES FOR THE FLAT STOMACH

    Every day perform a tabata or high intensity protocol for at least 10 minutes: 20 seconds of activity, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes is a circuit, which you must repeat 3 times. Do this activity before a meal, for example before dinner or before lunch.
