A fitness model explains how to lose the holiday weight
Let’s face it, sometimes some characters that revolve around the world of fitness seem almost “inhumane”: although in recent years the concept of “strong is the new skinny” has made its way (something like this: now being strong and muscular it is more fashionable than being skinny) many fitness bloggers or fitness models are thin and very strict in their daily diet. Never a cheat, lots of vegetables, lean proteins, no concessions.
This generates an ambivalent attitude in those who follow them:Â on the one hand, the desire to emulate these skinny but fit creatures;Â on the other hand, the feeling of feeling “fallacious” with respect to them, as if they are the good ones and we are the bad ones.
Well, today I’m talking to you about this fitness blogger , Courtney Black. Ex-girl “skinny”, that is very thin and obsessed with restrictive diets, Courtney at only twenty years old is a personal trainer with a curvy and toned body without excesses.
Not only. Unlike other fit models, Courtney eats. She eats during the holidays and gets fat like everyone and everyone.
During the holidays or the holidays, Courtney allows herself a break from her normal routine of up to a week or two.
And I assure you that she is not common in the fitness environment, where one tends to risk orthorexia and food obsession.
Courtney gains weight without fear of not being able to lose it, but above all without the obsession of having to drastically cut calories to lose it quickly. On page two we see her advice on how to lose holiday or holiday weight in just two weeks but in a healthy way.
