SUBSTITUTE FOR THE SATISHING AND CREAMY MEAL

Ingredients:
150 grams of light cottage cheese from Vivita, Vitawell, Naturella, Milbona, Milk or flakes with Exquisa yogurt
50 grams of strawberries, raspberries, currants or blueberries
