Lose 3 kg in 10 days for the holidays
It is originally called The Burn , and is a diet designed to lose 3 kg in 10 days. In Italian it came out under the name of Dieta Turbo . It was developed by nutritionist Haylie Pomroy, that of the super metabolism diet, initially for the Daily Mail newspaper.
Let’s see it in its original version, which is simpler than that of the book.
The diet can be done for ten, five or three days , thus losing three to one pound in no time.
If you suffer from slow metabolism, the nutritionist suggests doing the whole diet to lose 3 kg in 10 days.
On the other hand, if you have intestinal and digestive problems, he recommends the five to lose a pound and a half.
If you feel bloated and suffer from some water retention, it takes three days to lose a pound.

LOSE 3 KG IN 10 DAYS FOR THE HOLIDAYS
- The diet is based on what are called “the three weapons to lose weight”.
A smoothie to drink in the morning, a detox tea and a soup. -
The smoothie should be drunk as soon as you wake up.
It consists of 40 grams of sunflower seeds, a quarter of beetroot, a tablespoon of coconut oil, 110 ml of water, a few ice cubes, 450 grams of spinach, 225 grams of black cabbage (or alternatively some rocket is fine) and a small 100 gram orange or natural pineapple for the same weight or red fruits.
As an alternative to sunflower seeds: 20 grams of organic almond or peanut butter.
Instead of beetroot: 100 grams of cooked pumpkin.
If you have problems with leafy greens, you can use the same weight of raw fennel and cucumber. For example: pumpkin + almond butter + 500 grams of fennel + coconut oil + orange. It comes very good.
Note that these recommendations are updated to the doctor’s vlog. - Finally, you can replace the smoothie with this much tastier recipe , where vegan proteins can be replaced with 200 grams of low-fat and natural soy yogurt.

Tea is already less complicated .
It is made with a sachet of dandelion herbal tea, lime juice to taste and a pinch of turmeric. If you want you can stretch it with water.

The soup.
You should do it all and freeze it, it is valid for twenty portions.
Boil 900 grams of green beans, 9 celery sticks, six cloves of garlic, one and a half onion, 75 grams of parsley, 9 courgettes, 330 grams of mushrooms and whole salt in a liter and a half of water.The diet consists of a one-day scheme to be repeated for ten days, with the appropriate free variations and one and a half liters of water between meals.
