New Year’s resolutions? Lose 50 pounds like him!

455144_630x354New year, how long do your good resolutions last ? Mine end up in the trash after a couple of weeks, but other than that, there are people who take serious commitments to themselves, such as resolutions to change our lives. The radical turning points of some of us coincided with the first of the year, or one’s birthday. These are moments that, apart from the toasts and gluttony, push us to many reflections. One important thing is to lose weight while gaining health. And I hope this wonderful news makes you understand the importance of taking the reins of your life and changing your way of eating for a healthy one.
That’s exactly what Jim Clements did, seriously obese, who after so many dietary failures decided to seriously go on a diet on New Year’s Eve a year ago. Going on a serious diet for Jim meant:
– no disposable diets, fad diets or crash
diets – no pills, dietary supplements or anything else
– no bariatric surgery.
Jim has lost over seventy kilos in one year, and has to lose another ten. How did he do it?
– Learning healthy and good eating habits
– Doing gymnastics
