What are the best exercises for the buttocks?
Women waste a lot of time in the gym , often engaging in exercises that do little or nothing compared to their goals.
And they remain disappointed in the expectations and in the request for explanations from the staff who follow them both for some exercises.
“Why do I have to do this?”
The answer: “Because I’m your instructor” would demotivate anyone.
“Why do I wholesale myself instead of improving?”
The answer “It is not true that you are getting bigger” would demotivate anyone.
This means that after a while women lose the motivation to go to the gym or, despite having been attending it for a long time, they do not see great results and always seem untrained after all .
My advice is therefore to always be able to get the good from what you have available : a personal trainer to follow you is the first step, but it is not the only one.
Often inquiring to achieve certain goals, and then returning to confront our instructor and experimenting can be the key to obtaining real results.
It would be the same for the instructor, but that’s another story.
