DOCTOR OZ THREE DAY LIQUID DIET
Breakfast with cleansing juice:
 choose a fruit of your choice between banana, blueberries or avocado and two types of vegetables (100 g each) including spinach, carrots, celery, rocket, cucumbers, watercress, lettuce or fennel and blend them with some ice cubes, sweetener to taste, a tablespoon of coconut milk, a 250 g low-fat yogurt or kefir milk or Greek yogurt, a tablespoon of flaxseed or almond butter, spices to taste ( cinnamon, ginger). Thus begins your day.

Make two snacks a day of raw vegetables (cucumber, carrots, fennel, radishes, tomatoes, celery, edamame)
with a spoonful of hummus or guacamole or tzatziki.

Lunch and dinner with the protein soup: blend 200-300 grams of wilted vegetables in a pan without oil with 150 grams of fresh legumes of your choice (peas, lupins, beans: raw weight), + a cup of milk (soy, rice, skimmed cow’s milk) and a tablespoon of olive or coconut oil. As an alternative to legumes, you can use light spreadable fresh cheese (200 g) or 100 g of ricotta. Remember to add a mix of herbs.
