The food mistakes that are NOT making you lose weight
I find this article very right and instructive , alas in English, in which a girl, married and mother of two children, explains her dietary odyssey , which in summary has translated into a success (she lost about 18 kilos without regaining them) but later years, failures and the yo-yo effect, in which in some periods he ended up gaining even more weight than his initial weight. Looking back, the protagonist of the story (Jenny Sugar, editor of Popsugar magazine) has identified with a fairly lucid analysis the dietary errors made in an attempt to lose weight.
And he’s right to sell. So maybe repeating them here can be useful if you are wondering what you are doing wrong and why you are not losing weight. Jenny has just listed them to prevent other people from making the same “difficult” path and losing weight easily.
FOOD ERRORS THAT DON’T MAKE YOU SLIM
1) Drastically reduce food, enduring the sense of hunger: Jenny at first, seriously overweight, thought she would do well by skipping meals and forcing herself to fast. In her case, it was the wrong choice. She later she was so hungry that she ended up gorging herself. Therefore, evaluate the number of meals on the basis of your hunger: for some, intermittent fasting works, for others it does not.
2) Doing the wrong activities:Jenny started doing yoga to lose weight, and as often happens, overestimating the calories burned with activity. She had chosen an activity that she liked very much, and that’s good. But that’s not enough if this activity isn’t suitable for burning a lot of calories. Alternating yoga with cardio helped her lose weight tremendously. 3) Eating too many carbohydrates:  Jenny realized that keeping calories in check is not enough. Being greedy for carbohydrates, she ate them with all meals. In the end, she didn’t have enough calories left to devote to her: vegetables and fruits and especially proteins. A mistake if you are trying to lose weight. 4) And eat exaggerated portions of quality foods:
