The chocolate diet is a low-calorie diet described by Dr. Sorrentino in Afternoon 5 as one of the slimming regimes for next summer.
Doctor Sorrentino, a famous nutritionist who I often host on Dcomedieta, has in fact developed this diet especially for people with a sweet tooth.
In fact, chocolate is a functional food for our health: it has good fats including steatic acid and monounsaturated fats, is rich in antioxidants, has an anti-stress function, and contains a good profile of minerals and vitamins.
